Refunds

Any and all purchases for services are non-refundable. However, trade value can be done on certain other services.

Cell phone usage

As a courtesy to others, cell phone usage is not permitted while others are in the waiting room.  They are also not permitted in the treatment rooms.  Please turn off all phones prior to entering the treatment room.  If you are alone in the waiting room, you are free to use your phone!  Texting and games are allowed however please turn off all audible sounds.

Children

Please schedule your appointment times when childcare can be provided. We realize this may be difficult but is necessary for your child’s safety.  Children under 13 are not permitted in the treatment rooms or to be left unattended in the waiting area. Infants in strollers are also not allowed in the treatment rooms.

Access to treatment rooms and administrative office

The door to the treatment room is required by law to be locked because of the lasers.  Do not enter the treatment area unless accompanied by one of our staff.  This is for your safety and for the safety and privacy of others.

Never enter the laser room without prior authorization to enter.

Access to the administrative office is limited to staff only.

Food and Drinks

Drinks are allowed in the waiting room.  Please be sure to dispose of any containers upon your departure.  Drinks are not allowed in the treatment rooms.  We will gladly hold any beverage in the front office.

Bathroom use

The bathroom is located outside of the suite across from the elevators on the 2^nd and 1^st floor.

Vending machines

There are candy and Soda vending machines on the 1^st floor towards the back entrance.

Evening access to the building

It may be necessary to call the office for access into the main area as the building is locked after normal business hours.  Please bring your cell phone and call 725-9200 for access to our suite.

Parking

Parking is available in the front of the building, on the sides and in back.  The side doors are usually locked.  For late night appointments you are encouraged to park in the front of the building, as the back parking lot is usually vacant.
